Controling commercials
In the UK, Bulk made a strategic move by outsourcing fulfilment to a thirdparty logistics provider (3PL). While partnering with a 3PL can significantly enhance operational efficiency, it often comes with concerns about losing control and incurring integration costs.
Fortunately, Scurri’s flexible API enabled Bulk to seamlessly integrate with the 3PL while retaining control where it mattered most. “This allowed us to maintain oversight of our carrier relationships and preserve the rules we’d configured in the Scurri Rules Engine – providing an additional data point to keep operations firmly in our hands.”
